# Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pop Out Parties, a premier party planning service owned and operated by Brooke Nates. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully.

**1. Agreement to Terms**

By accessing or using Pop Out Parties' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Pop Out Parties offers comprehensive party planning services including event coordination, theme selection, venue booking, vendor management, and more. Our services are designed to make your event unforgettable and hassle-free.

**3. Booking**

To book our services, please contact Brooke Nates at 321-848-2659 or via email at popoutpartiesindy@gmail.com. Booking is subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling your event well in advance to ensure availability.

**4. Payments**

Payment for our services is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date. Payments can be made via cash, check, or electronic transfer.

**5. Cancellations and Refunds**

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.

**6. Liability**

Pop Out Parties is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your event, including but not limited to accidents, property damage, or theft. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your event.

**7. Changes to Terms**

Pop Out Parties reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
