3. Booking

4. Payments

Payment for our services is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date. Payments can be made via cash, check, or electronic transfer.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.

6. Liability

Pop Out Parties is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your event, including but not limited to accidents, property damage, or theft. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your event.

7. Changes to Terms

Pop Out Parties reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
